The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a program within Burke Centre Library made up of local teens who come together to sponsor events, plan programs and clubs, and run activities for the purpose of bringing teens together with a sense of community. The events that we sponsor extend beyond the immediate interests of the library, and include a myriad of events relating to topics such as writing, technology, and art. The purpose of our group is to promote reading and events at the library of interest to teens. We strive to unite teens in our community around a mutual passion for books and reading.
Interested in being a TAB member? There are no requirements! Any local teen is invited to sit in on a meeting and experience what we do. For more information click here!
